VEGETABLE RECIPE:
Vegetable Gratin

1-large beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
1-green zucchini, sliced
1-yellow zucchini, sliced
1-large white onion, sliced
3-cloves garlic, sliced
1-cup of breadcrumbs
1-cup of Parmesan cheese


Layer each ingredient as listed in a baking pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 1 hour at 325*F
