RECIPE: Lew's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

1-large frying chicken
4-large chicken breasts with bone in
2-large cans of chicken broth
1-can of Rotel tomatoes
1-stick of butter
2-large red bell peppers
1-large onion diced
1-head of celery diced
1-head of garlic minced
1-tub of sour cream
1-small carton of heavy whipping cream
1-bag wide egg noodles
Greek seasoning and salt/pepper to taste

In large pot add chicken, broth, celery, onion, peppers and garlic
Cover chicken with water
Cook chicken till done and remove and shred into large pieces
Add remaining ingredients with shredded chicken
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Better taste if made two days in advance and refrigerated
