RECIPE: Lewis's Hungarian Soup

1lb-hot country sausage
1/2 lb-ground chuck
1-large onion diced in 1'' sections
1-large can of whole tomatoes
2-cans of dark red kidney beans
1-package sliced baby portabella mushrooms
4-tsp minced garlic
1-quart of organic tomato juice
1-can of Rotel tomatoes
1-large cabbage diced in large sections
Salt/pepper to taste

Brown sausage, chuck, mushrooms and onion with garlic
Add Rotel, whole tomatoes, beans and tomato juice
Add cabbage.
Cover and simmer 3 hours.
Service with Tabasco and cornbread sticks

Makes 12 large servings.
