SOUP RECIPE:
Creamy
Broccoli Soup
1 head broccoli
2 medium potatoes chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1-clove garlic, minced
1/2-tsp thyme
1/4-tsp white pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
6 cups chicken stock
2 cups light cream or milk
Salt to taste
1-1/2 cup old cheddar
1/4 tsp Tabasco
Chop veggies
Put in large saucepan & add chicken stock
Add garlic, thyme, pepper, and pepper flakes
Simmer 10 min or until tender
Puree soup until smooth
Add cream
Season with salt to taste
Reheat gently
Add cheese & Tabasco
