SNACK RECIPES:
Hummus

1-19 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3-cup tahini
3-tbsp lemon juice
3-tbsp water
1-tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 -tsp ground cumin
1/4-tsp salt
2-cloves garlic


In food processor, puree all ingredients

Variation
Add 1/4-cup oil cured black olives to the ingredient list
