SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Wasabi-Ginger Tuna Salad

1/4-cup light mayonnaise
1/4-cup 2% plain yogurt
1-tbsp minced pickled ginger
1-tbsp wasabi powder
1-green apple, cored and chopped
2-tbsp chopped parsley
2-85g pouches tuna (albacore or yellowfin)
Salt


Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, ginger, wasabi, apple and parsley
Stir in tuna until evenly mixed
Taste and season with salt
Serve as a sandwich filling or as part of a salad plate

Makes 2-3 sandwiches
