SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Lesley’s Wild Rice

½-cup wild rice, uncooked
½-cup brown rice, uncooked
¼-cup onion, diced
¼-cup celery, diced
¼-cup red pepper, diced
½-cup chopped mushrooms
2-tbsp Chilean Pebre
Dash lemon pepper seasoning
Dash roasted red pepper and garlic seasoning
¼-tsp Chipotle flavoured Tabasco
1-tsp dried cilantro
½-tsp dried coriander
½-tsp cumin
Olive oil to cover bottom of pan
1-tsp sesame oil


Cook the rice ahead of time according to directions
Sauté the onion, celery, red pepper and mushrooms in olive oil and sesame oil in a large fry pan
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well
Serve when all is hot
