SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Italian
Scalloped Potatoes
4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1-cup shredded mozzarella
1/4-cup grated Parmesan
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4-cup milk
1/2-tsp Italian seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
In a greased 6-cup (1.5litre) casserole dish, arrange half of the potatoes and half of the
onions
Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan
Repeat layers
In a small bowl, combine; mushroom soup, milk, Italian seasoning, and garlic
Spoon over potatoes
Cover and bake @ 400*F for 1 hour
Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender
Serve
