SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Herb Couscous

1-cup sliced mushrooms
1-tbsp margarine
1-cup water
1-tbsp parsley
1/2-tsp basil
1/4-tsp salt
1/8-tsp oregano
Dash of pepper
2/3-cup couscous
1 tomato (chopped)


In medium saucepan, cook mushrooms in margarine
Add water & seasonings
Bring to a boil
Add couscous & remove from heat
Let stand 5 minutes
Stir in tomato and serve
