SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Green Chili Rice
1/2-tsp cumin
1/2-tsp garlic powder
1-4.5oz can of chopped green chilies
1/4-cup green onions, chopped
1/4-cup red pepper, chopped
1/2-tbsp limejuice
1-packages of Bovril vegetable broth
1/2-tsp salt
1-tbsp vegetable oil
3-cups cooked rice |

In a large wok or frying pan, heat oil
Add everything but the rice and stir-fry 2 minutes
Add rice
Toss around until all is hot
