2-tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
2-tbsp chopped fresh basil, or 2-tsp dried
1/4-tsp pepper
1/4-tsp dry mustard
1/3-cup olive oil
In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, basil, salt,, pepper and mustard
Slowly whisk in oil until dressing is thick and creamy
Just before serving, whisk again all ingredients to combine
