1/4-cup soy sauce
1/4-cup rice wine or dry sherry
2-cloves garlic, minced
1-tbsp minced fresh ginger
Stir all ingredients till sugar is dissolved
Place salmon in shallow glass dish
Pour on marinade
Cover & let stand in fridge 2-4 hrs., turning occasionally
Remove fish from marinade
Pour into small pan, boil for 3 min.
Meanwhile, place salmon on greased broiler rack 4" from heat
Cook, turning once & brushing with hot marinade, until fish flakes easily when tested
with fork, 3-5 min. per side.
