SEAFOOD RECIPE:
Grilled Salmon with Proscuitto

4-salmon fillets (6oz each)
1/4-cup Dijon mustard
2-tbsp chopped chives or green onions
1/4-tsp freshly ground black pepper
4-thin slices prosciutto
Grilled Salmon with Prosciutto

In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, chives and pepper
Spread over both sides of the salmon
Place fish skinned side down on proscuitto and wrap around fish
Place fish, proscuitto seam side up on greased grill over medium heat
Close lid and grill turning once until fish flakes easily, about 10 minutes
