SEAFOOD RECIPE:
Glazed Salmon
 
2- portion sized salmon fillets
1/8-tsp salt
Dash pepper
1-tbsp brown sugar
1-tbsp lemon juice
1-tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2-tsp cumin
Glazed Salmon

Place salmon fillets on a greased baking tray
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard and cumin
Spoon over salmon fillets
Bake at 400*F for 10-15 minutes
