SAUSAGE MAKING RECIPE: Pork & Veal Sausage


4-lb medium ground pork butt
1 1/2-tbsp ground allspice
1-lb medium ground veal
1-tsp thyme
2-cups bread crumbs
1-tsp sage
3-tbsp salt
1 1/2-tsp black pepper
1-cup white wine

Combine all ingredients; mix well & stuff in hog or sheep casing. To cook, fry
