SAUSAGE MAKING RECIPE: American Country Farm Style Sausage

3-lbs medium ground beef chuck
2-lbs medium ground bacon
5-tsp salt
1-tsp pepper
2-tbsp chopped pimentos
1/2-tsp savory
1/2-tsp marjoram
4-cloves pressed garlic

Add all ingredients, mix well and stuff into small hog, or sheep casing
