SAUSAGE MAKING RECIPE: Ann and Mary's Sausage


12-pounds ground meat (we use 2/3 beef, 1/3 pork)
7-tbsp paprika
2-tbsp black pepper
3-tbsp garlic powder
1-tbsp cayenne pepper
5-tbsp salt
Water as necessary


Combine all ingredients and stuff into casing or make into patties
