PASTA RECIPE: Gnocchi
With Ham, Peas, & Cream

1-cup frozen peas
Salt
2-tbsp butter
1-2 tsp olive oil
1/2-cup minced onion
1/4-lb ham, diced
1/2-cup chicken broth
1/2-cup cream
1 lb gnocchi
1/2-cup grated Romano cheese
Heat butter & oil in skillet on medium heat
Add onion, and cook 4-5 minutes until golden
Add meat, cook 1 minute
Add broth & cream
Season with salt
Cook to medium thick consistency, 2-3 minutes
Add peas, stirring once or twice
Add cooked pasta
Add cheese
Cook over low heat until well combined
If pasta looks too dry, add some more cream or broth
