Fusilli With Sausage & Peppers

1/2lb. Italian sausage
1/2lb. Fusilli pasta
1/4cup olive oil
1/4 red pepper, julienned
1/4yellow pepper, julienned
1/4cup sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces
1/2cup tomato sauce
1/2tsp. Dried basil
2tsp. Chop fresh parsley

Place sausage in saucepan with sufficient water to cover
Bring to a gentle boil & cook for 5 min.
Drain the sausage & when cool cut into small pieces & set aside.
In large pot cook pasta 8-10 min. Drain, set aside.
In a large fry pan over med. Heat, add olive oil & sauté sausage for about one min., until slightly browned.
Add peppers & sun-dried tomatoes & sauté for another min.
Add tomato sauce & basil & bring to boil.
Add pasta & cook another min., stirring constantly to combine & heat through.

Serves 2-3
