MAIN DISH RECIPE: Venison Steaks

1/2-tsp onion salt
1/4-tsp pepper
3-tbsp flour
4-venison steaks (1 1/2 to 2 lbs.)
4-tbsp oil
1/2-cup ketchup
1/2-cup vinegar
1/2-tsp garlic salt
1-tsp liquid smoke
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce 

In a small shallow bowl mix together onion salt, pepper, and flour
Dip steaks in mixture and coat on all sides
Fry meat in oil until brown
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl
Pour over browned meat and simmer until meat is tender about 1 1/2 hours

Serves 4
