Beef & Peppers Paprikash

3 cups  egg noodles
1 lb round steak, cut in thin strips
1 tb flour
2 tb veg oil
1-19oz can stewed tomatoes
1 med red pepper cut into thin strips
1 med green pepper cut in thin strip
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worchestershire
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
Beef and Peppers Paprikash

Cook noodles according to pkg drain.
Coat beef strips with flour
Heat oil in large fry pan
Saute beef in pan over hi heat until browned
Stir in stewed tomatoes, peppers, paprika, Worchestershire & salt
Bring to boil; then simmer 3-5 min
Stir in sour cream then gently stir in drained noodles or serve beef & peppers over noodles
