RECIPE: Mustard-Grilled Chicken
2-tbsp olive oil
2-tbsp Dijon mustard
1-tbsp white wine vinegar
1-clove garlic, minced
1-tsp marjoram
1-tsp paprika
1/4-tsp cayenne
4-boneless chicken breasts
In non-metallic dish just large enough to hold chicken in a single layer, combine oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic, marjoram, paprika and cayenne
Add the chicken and coat all sides
Marinate, covered for 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate and marinate up to 4-hours
Remove chicken and grill on medium-high for 8-10 minutes, turning half way, until juices run clear
