RECIPE:
Maple Glazed Chicken
4-boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1/2-cup pure maple syrup
1/3-cup chili sauce
1-small onion, chopped
2-tbsp cider vinegar
1-tbsp mustard
1-tsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine the maple syrup, chili sauce, onion, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a re-sealable plastic bag
Marinate the chicken breast for a minimum of 4 hours in the fridge, tossing and turning occasionally
Grill or broil the chicken breasts until cooked
Occasionally baste with marinade
