FREE RECIPE: Gluten Free
All ingredients must be at room temperature
3 cups gluten free flour mixture
1/4 cups brown rice flour
2 1/2 tsp. xantham gum
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dry milk powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flax seeds
3 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 2/3 cups milk (must be exact)
2 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
In a bowl mix thouroughly G.F flour mix, brown rice flour, xantham gum, salt, dry milk
powder, and sugar.
Beat in a separate bowl eggs, canola oil, and vinegar, add milk and bring to room
temperature in micro-wave.
Stir before putting into bread maker
Add dry mixture into bread machine
Make a small pocket in the top of the flour mixture and put in dry yeast and flax seeds
Make bread with regular bread settings. (approx 3 hours)
G.F. flour mixture
The G.F. flour mixture is made up with
6 cups of white rice flour
2 cups tapioca flour
1 cup potato starch flour
This is enough mix to make 3 loaves of bread.
