FREE RECIPE: Arrowroot Biscuits (Cookies)
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup G.F. flour
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir remaining ingredients and add
Roll 1/8" thick on floured surface (G.F.)
Cut in 2" rounds, place on greased cookie sheet
Prick with fork. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes
Allow a little longer if rolled thicker.
These do not spread.
