3-pkgs.(250g) cream cheese
9" graham crust
Beat cream cheese & sugar in bowl with mixer until smooth
Add eggs, one at a time. Mix until well blended.
See variation for filling & crust options, or simply pour over 9"graham crust
& bake 450*F for 10 min.
Reduce to 250*F for 30-35 min. or until center is almost set.
Remove from oven. Run knife around rim to prevent cracking. Cool.
White Velvet Variation
Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2cup softened butter, 1/3cup sugar until soft dough forms.
Press into bottom of lightly greased 9"springform
Bake 350*f 15 min.
Melt 1pkg.(170g.) Bakers white choc. & 3 tbsp Grand Marnier
Fold into prepared batter
Garnish with assorted fresh fruit.
