BREAD RECIPE: Potato-Rosemary Rolls
(Bread Machine Prepared)

1-cup + 2-tbsp warm water
2-tbsp olive oil
2-tbsp non-fat dry milk
-cup instant potato flakes
1-tbsp sugar
1-tsp dried crushed rosemary
1-tsp salt
3-cups all-purpose flour
1 -tsp bread machine yeast
1-egg, lightly beaten
Toppings; sesame or poppy seeds, or additional crushed rosemary

Measure all ingredients except egg and toppings into bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
Process in dough/manual cycle; if necessary, knead in additional flour to make dough easy to handle
Divide dough into 12 pieces
Roll each to 10” rope, coil rope, tucking under end
Place 2” apart on greased baking sheet
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes
Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with toppings
Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes or until done
