RECIPE: Potato-Rosemary Rolls
(Bread Machine Prepared)

1-cup + 2-tbsp warm water
2-tbsp olive oil
2-tbsp non-fat dry milk
½-cup instant potato flakes
1-tbsp sugar
1-tsp dried crushed rosemary
1-tsp salt
3-cups all-purpose flour
1 ½-tsp bread machine yeast
1-egg, lightly beaten
Toppings; sesame or poppy seeds, or additional crushed rosemary
Measure all ingredients except egg and toppings into bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
Process in dough/manual cycle; if necessary, knead in additional flour to make dough easy to handle
Divide dough into 12 pieces
Roll each to 10 rope, coil rope, tucking under end
Place 2 apart on greased baking sheet
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes
Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with toppings
Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes or until done
