BREAD RECIPE:
Parmesan Biscuit Strips

1-cup all purpose flour
1/2-cup butter
1/2-cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4-tsp paprika
1-tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4-tsp salt


Preheat oven to 375*F
In a food processor or by hand, cut the butter into the flour
Mix in the Parmesan, paprika, pepper and salt
Form into a ball
On a floured board, use a floured rolling pin and roll dough into a 12x7" rectangle
Cut into 1 inch strips
Lay strips on a cookie sheet
Bake on middle rack for 9-10 minutes or until strips are pale gold
Cool on cookie sheet
