About the Site:
The site started out as a small site that I didn't
really care if anyone came to, because it was basically a record of
the recipes I use for when my kids grow up. I thought it might be
handy for them when they move away and want to duplicate
mom's cooking. Of course that means they would have to move away
from Kraft dinner, but hey, maybe someday. It has now become a
hobby that if time permits, I try to add recipes every other week
but more and more it's turning out to be once a month. I
do enjoy hearing from you and would love it if you would
share with all of us some of your favourite recipes.
About the Recipes:
These recipes have been collected from numerous sources,
and it is not implied that they are all original, although there are
a lot of recipes here that we have created. Please
read what the Library
of Congress says about recipe copyrights. Many of the recipes
that have come from elsewhere have been altered to suit out taste buds.
This is a record of our own tastes. It is not meant to
please everyone all of the time. That is impossible.
If you want to use a recipe from here for your own site, please feel
free, just include a link to this site along with the
recipe, thanks. The "collection" however is
copyright protected. Permission is granted to use recipes for community type or
charity cookbooks. This site is about sharing good food! If you feel
there is a copyright infringement on this site, please let us no.
We'll gladly correct the recipe.
